Title: Senior Project Manager – Epic Healthcare IT
Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid remote)
Type: Contract, temp to hire

Description:

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale Epic EMR initiative within a leading healthcare organization. These roles will focus on Epic system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple functional areas.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for Epic-related initiatives (implementation, upgrade, or migration)
  • Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across clinical, technical, and operational teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reporting, and executive communication
  • Support go-live planning, execution, and command center activities
  • Ensure accountability and delivery across multiple workstreams

Required Skills:
  • 7–10+ years of project management experience in Healthcare IT
  • Hands-on experience with Epic EMR implementations or migrations
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience with one or more Epic modules:
    • Clinical
    • Revenue Cycle (Rev Cycle)
    • Patient Access
    • Lab (Beaker)
    • Radiology
    • Pharmacy
    • Interfaces / Integrations
    • Cutover & Go-Live

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
  • PMP certification (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in multi-site or system-wide Epic migrations (e.g., mergers / acquisitions)
