<li>Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries</li>
<li>Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills.</li>

<p><strong>EXPERIENCE: </strong>Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing.</p>
<p><strong>YOUR ROLE</strong></p>
<p>Deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties.</p>
<p><strong>Outcomes (Performance Expectations)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days.</li>
<li>Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter.</li>
<li>Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, averaging one per month.</li>
<li>Lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by end of H1.</li>

<p><strong>TOTAL COMPENSATION</strong></p>
<p>Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
