You will assist clients in designing customized Disney vacation packages, including theme park reservations, dining plans, accommodations, and special experiences—all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize personalized Disney vacation packages for clients based on their preferences and budgets.
Provide expert guidance on Disney resorts, theme parks, dining options, and special events.
Manage bookings for hotels, park tickets, transportation, and additional Disney experiences.
Stay up-to-date on Disney promotions, seasonal offers, and park updates to offer clients the best options.
Maintain strong communication with clients via email, phone, and virtual consultations.
Handle changes, cancellations, and problem resolution to ensure a stress-free experience for clients.
Keep detailed records of reservations, client preferences, and payment transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
