<p>We are seeking a <strong>User Experience Design Engineer</strong> to transform complex, technical enterprise products into intuitive, approachable experiences. <p><strong>Location:</strong> U.S.</p>
<p><strong>Remote/Hybrid:</strong> 100% remote if located outside the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.</li>
<li>Conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose experience-based improvements that will give us an advantage over our competitors.</li>
<li>Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest design-implementation standards.</li>
<li>Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and implementation of our design system.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with design tools (Figma - primary tool, Adobe XD).</li>
<li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.</li>
<li>Understanding of the latest global accessibility regulations and recommendations.</li>
<li>Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines.</li>
<li>Curiosity, user empathy and understanding, and a continuous learning mindset.</li>
