This role exists to ensure that Product Designers and Developers always have the precise, consistent, and high-quality UI components and specifications they need to move fast and build great products.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own and govern the Design System: define processes, document components, and ensure consistency across all digital products.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary UI provider for Product Designers, delivering assets and specifications that meet their needs with speed and quality.</p></li><li><p>Design high-fidelity interactions, animations, and transitions that align with product goals and industry best practices.</p></li><li><p>Leverage AI tools to optimize Design System documentation and operational workflows.</p></li><li><p>Conduct visual QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across all product surfaces.</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior designers and drive initiatives that improve UI workflows and team collaboration.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>4+ years in UI Design, Visual Design, or UX/UI roles.</p></li><li><p>Expert-level Figma skills: variables, components, design tokens, auto-layout, and prototyping.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience owning or deeply managing a Design System.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.</p></li><li><p>Ability to present and defend design decisions in English and Spanish.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Good to have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience using AI tools for design workflows or documentation.</p></li><li><p>Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Maze, Miro, or Hotjar.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>25 Days of PTO</p></li><li><p>5% pension contribution</p></li><li><p>€ 3000 for Medical/Health coverage</p></li><li><p>Self development budget of $ 500</p></li></ul>
