Handle any customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner, striving to find a satisfactory resolution. Ensure all passengers are in compliance with TSA regulations and Delta Air Lines policies. Monitor flight schedules and assist with maintaining an on-time departure. Collaborate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed passenger expectations. Stay updated on Delta Air Lines policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and changes. Attend training sessions and meetings as required. Adhere to all safety and security guidelines set by Delta Air Lines and the airport. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely. Assist with special needs passengers, including those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors. Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations, such as flight delays or cancellations. Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude towards passengers and colleagues. Strive to meet and exceed performance goals set by Delta Air Lines.
