<p>Join Workato’s global Candidate Success Team and help create experiences candidates and stakeholders remember fondly.</p>
<p>You’ll shape and deliver thoughtful, high-touch hiring journeys that reflect how we operate: connected, efficient, and intentional. Throughout the hiring process, you’ll make sure every step feels clear, smooth, and worth people’s time, while thoughtfully incorporating local cultural nuances without losing that consistency.</p>
<p>You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and teams to keep everything running seamlessly and make sure every candidate experience feels intentional. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Owning the interview scheduling process across APAC, US, and EMEA regions — coordinating complex, multi-timezone panels, managing calendar conflicts, and triaging scheduling requests to keep SLAs on track.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates as a central point of contact for scheduling logistics and process questions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process — keeping candidates informed, responsive, and warm from early interview stages through final interview</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Configure and manage jobs in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring requisition details, approval workflows, and job fields are accurate </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage the job approval process, coordinating with hiring managers and TAPs to keep jobs moving through without bottlenecks</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, making sure workflows are followed and records are clean for downstream reporting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle sensitive candidate and compensation information with discretion and confidentiality</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify process gaps and inefficiencies — you're not just running the process, you're actively improving it</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help maintain and improve coordinator documentation and SOPs</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1>
<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in an HR operations/admin role</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willing to commit to work hours that align with USA / Europe workday</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience with interview scheduling coordination and ATS management </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable managing complex, multi-timezone scheduling with multiple stakeholders</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience communicating across a globally distributed team — you will partner daily with colleagues in the US, APAC, EMEA</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, Google Suite and Jira Service Management (JSM) is highly preferred</p>
</li>
</ul>
