<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Configures, maintains, and operates routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and monitoring tools</p></li><li><p>Installs physical equipment, connects cabling, organizes communication racks, and powers devices per documentation</p></li><li><p>Proactively monitors network infrastructure using monitoring tools, responds to alerts, and maintains updated topology documentation</p></li><li><p>Mentors, coaches, and shares knowledge with junior team members</p></li><li><p>Acts as an escalation point for complex incidents and requests</p></li><li><p>Independently handles routine network service requests, access provisioning, and documentation</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoots and resolves major incidents, leads outage bridges, and performs root cause analysis</p></li><li><p>Owns end-to-end network infrastructure projects (design, implementation, testing, and handover)</p></li><li><p>Develops subject matter expertise in domains such as datacenter networking, firewalls, load balancing, or cloud networking</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with senior engineers on large-scale infrastructure projects</p></li><li><p>Designs, deploys, configures, and troubleshoots <b>Azure and AWS cloud networking solutions</b></p></li></ul><p><b>Experience Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>6+ years of experience in core Networking and Security</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in data security operations (administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and design)</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with multi-vendor firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto)</p></li><li><p>Experience with security tools such as WAF, NIPS, Firewall Analyzer, and DDoS protection</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of L3 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)</p></li><li><p>Experience with multi-vendor environments (Whitebox is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Solid knowledge of networking technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS VPNs, VXLAN, Multicast</p></li><li><p>Experience with DMVPN, IPSEC, and encryption standards</p></li></ul><p><b>Azure Networking (Enhanced Requirement):</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong hands-on experience in <b>deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Azure networking services</b>, including:</p><ul><li><p>Virtual Networks (VNet), Subnets, IP Address Management</p></li><li><p>Network Security Groups (NSG) and Azure Firewall policy configuration and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Azure Load Balancer (L4) and Application Gateway (L7) setup, tuning, and issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Azure Front Door and Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration and debugging</p></li><li><p>VPN Gateway (Site-to-Site, Point-to-Site) and ExpressRoute deployment and troubleshooting connectivity issues</p></li><li><p>User Defined Routes (UDR) and Network Virtual Appliances (NVA) configuration and routing issue analysis</p></li><li><p>Azure DNS, Traffic Manager, and Network Watcher for diagnostics and monitoring</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong experience in <b>troubleshooting Azure network issues</b>, including:</p><ul><li><p>Connectivity issues between VNets, subnets, and on-prem environments</p></li><li><p>Routing misconfigurations and asymmetric routing</p></li><li><p>NSG/Firewall rule conflicts and traffic drops</p></li><li><p>Load balancing and application gateway backend health issues</p></li><li><p>VPN/ExpressRoute latency, packet drops, and tunnel failures</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Experience designing and implementing <b>hybrid cloud connectivity (On-prem to Azure)</b></p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <b>Azure network security architecture and best practices</b></p></li><li><p>Experience with <b>high availability, failover, and disaster recovery design in Azure networking</b></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <b>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</b> using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform</p></li></ul><p><b>Cloud & Automation Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of AWS networking and architectural principles</p></li><li><p>Experience with network automation using Python, Shell scripting, YAML</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines</p></li></ul><p><b>Education & Certifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)</p></li><li><p>Preferred certifications:</p><ul><li><p>CCNA / CCNP</p></li><li><p>Security+</p></li><li><p>ITIL Foundation</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / Azure Network Engineer Associate</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Key Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong consulting and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p></li></ul><p></p>
