This is a foundational role, you will be the person the team leans on for the hard problems, the architectural decisions, and the production reliability that everything else depends on.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will maintain and improve our platform infrastructure, support fellow engineers by unblocking them and raising the quality bar, tackle the most complex technical challenges across the stack, and make deliberate technology decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
