Lead, train, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, revenue forecasting, and cost control. Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective purchasing. Drive sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clientele and retain existing guests. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and any service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in spa management and wellness. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in spa management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successful spa operations and financial management. Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and product lines. Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
