Your mission is to mitigate missed deadlines and align global stakeholders to ensure our most critical business initiatives reach the finish line.</span></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Establish a long-term strategic plan to move the organization away from reactive "emergency" work toward proactive, prioritized project execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Synchronize complex cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery team and stakeholders remain aligned on resource allocation and current capacity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive end-to-end project visibility, acting as the single source of truth for project health, risks, and resource bottlenecks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Protect team focus by managing stakeholder expectations and implementing a rigorous "prioritization first" culture.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Optimize delivery workflows to eliminate friction points and ensure high-quality outputs within agreed-upon timeframes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate clear communication loops between technical teams and business leaders to maintain momentum on Q2–Q4 OKRs.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Proven experience in program management within high-growth scaling organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and managing diverse expectations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Resilience in fast-paced environments, showing the ability to create order out of ambiguity and lack of prior planification.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical mindset used to track delivery metrics and align them with 6–12 month business outcomes.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Previous experience in a remote-first global scale-up.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with eSIM or the travel-tech industry.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>25 Days of PTO</p></li><li><p>5% pension contribution</p></li><li><p>€ 3000 for Medical/Health coverage</p></li><li><p>Self development budget of $ 500</p></li></ul><p></p>
