We specialize in home purchases and focus heavily on consumer education, real estate agent relationships, and delivering a personalized borrower experience.<br> </p><p>#ExperienceIsEverything.<br></p><h2>The Role</h2><p>We are hiring a Senior Loan Processor who has experience working directly with wholesale lenders such as UWM, eLend, Windsor, Kind Lending, The Loan Store, Plaza, NewRez etc.<br> </p><p>Candidates for this role must be comfortable managing a diverse client base while maintaining strong communication standards across the board.<br> </p><p>This is full ownership of your pipeline. You must understand how to operate in a broker environment, work across multiple wholesale lenders, manage investor overlays, and drive files to clear to close without hand-holding.</p><p><br></p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><p>· Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing.</p><p>· Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files.</p><p>· Work directly with multiple wholesale lenders.</p><p>· Review approvals and clear conditions quickly and accurately.</p><p>· Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title/Escrow.</p><p>· Support borrowers throughout the loan process.</p><p>· Track contingency dates, closing dates, and rate lock expirations.</p><p>· Ensure files are compliant and complete before submission.</p><p>· Meet or exceed SLA expectations for file touches and turn times.</p><p>· Maintain accurate loan status updates in ARIVE.</p><p><br></p><h3><br></h3><p>Requirements</p><p> </p><h2>What You Must Have</h2><p>· 3+ years of mortgage processing experience.</p><p>· Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker or in non-delegated correspondent.</p><p>· Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders.</p><p>· Experience processing purchase transactions.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo.</p><p>· Strong understanding of TRID and compliance.</p><p>· Ability to manage 20+ active loans.</p><p>· High urgency, strong follow-up discipline, and clean documentation habits.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a primarily sedentary role requiring extended computer use, clear communication, and detailed document review.
