We already operate chains for a significant user base, and are eager to expand that operation with a sleek, performant team.</p><h2>As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Caldera, you will:</h2><ul><li><p>Own significant components of Caldera's core infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Architect, develop, and deploy blockchain infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of existing Caldera chains, and expand offerings for new customers.</p></li><li><p>Expand and hone our DevOps pipeline, allowing blockchains to be deployed and operated reliably and securely</p></li><li><p>Continuously improving the observability stack for the services we provide</p></li><li><p>Maintain and enhance the security posture of our infrastructure in AWS and Kubernetes, and upwards in the stack for the apps we run.</p></li></ul><h2>You might be a fit for this role if you...</h2><ul><li><p>Have 4+ years of engineering experience</p></li><li><p>Have experience writing backend services in Go or Typescript</p></li><li><p>Have experience with containerization, especially Kubernetes, Docker</p></li><li><p>Have strong experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Helm</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with cloud / infrastructure and service providers, including AWS, Vercel, and Cloudflare</p></li><li><p>Keen eye for security, basic understanding of threat modeling and secure system architecture</p></li><li><p>Are confident with performance optimization, identifying bottlenecks and scalability concerns</p></li><li><p>Have familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana or Datadog</p></li></ul><p>If in doubt, please apply!
