Working with the Sales Manager and the Account Executives, the Sales</div><div>Development Representative will develop client and prospect relationships that turn into sales</div><div>opportunities. This role is instrumental in building our sales pipeline, by uncovering potential leads and</div><div>developing qualified opportunities. This will include initiating contact with people at all levels within an</div><div>organization, including C-suite executives. This position is open to remote work.</div><div>Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI and Chicago, IL as needed</div><div>and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.</div><div><br></div><div>The overall salary range for this role is $54,900 to $119,830. A combination of factors will be considered,</div><div>including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications,</div><div>etc.</div><div><br></div><div>For candidates residing in:</div><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">• </span>Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City,</div><div>Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia:</div><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">o </span>$63,135 - $97,865 if overall experience is less than 2 years; and</div><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">o </span>$74,980 - $119,830 for experience greater than 2 years.</div><div>• All other states:</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">o </span>$54,900 - $85,100 if overall experience is less than 2 years; and</div><div><span style="font-size: 10px;">o </span>$65,200 - $104,200 for experience greater than 2 years.</div><div><br></div><div>A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work</div><div>experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.</div><div>Client Benefits</div><div>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security,</div><div>and well-being.
