**Your Impact**:
**_ Brand Image & Customer Experience_**
- Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
- When assisting athletes communicate brand messages in a polite and proactive manner.
- Evaluate guests' needs to offer personalized and efficient solutions for purchases and returns, while providing support.
**_ Retail Operations_**
- Complete the operational and cash processes (manual or system) in line with training.
- Manage in-store visual merchandising display and floor-set changes while maintaining sales floor, fitting room and stockroom standard.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent guest experience, assist with store operations and achieve store goals.
**UA Teammate Profile**:
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, ideally with leading sportswear brands or fast fashion brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Love for sports and Under Armour as a brand.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic team culture.
Available stores: Orchard Central, Paragon, Vivo City, Changi City Point, Bugis Junction, Funan, Parkway Parade, IMM, Junction 8, Waterway Point, City Square Mall
You may walk-in to the above stores on Mondays - Fridays between 3 - 6pm for a face to face interview.
