Asynchronous consults are available anytime. Scheduled availability for synchronous consults.<br><br>You’ll work within our secure telemedicine platform to review consults, manage patient messages, and collaborate with the Wasef Health team via Slack.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Complete assigned asynchronous and synchronous patient consults daily, meeting monthly consult targets.<br>Review patient intakes, evaluate medical history, and prescribe appropriate treatments.<br><br>Respond to patient follow-up messages.<br><br>Communicate with the clinical operations team via Slack for care coordination.<br><br>Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant chart documentation.<br><br>Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and performance discussions.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing.<br>Minimum of 25 active state licenses required; 50-state licensure preferred.<br><br>At least 2 years of telemedicine experience, preferably with asynchronous consults.<br><br>Experience treating common telehealth conditions, including:<br><ul><li>Weight loss / GLP-1 therapy</li><li>Hair loss</li><li>Hormone and anti-aging therapies</li><li>General wellness and preventive care</li><li>Men’s and women’s health<br></li></ul>Strong written communication, attention to detail, and clinical judgment.<br><br>Proficiency in Slack or similar communication platforms.<br>Reliable internet connection and ability to maintain consistent weekday coverage.<br><br><strong>Compensation & Structure<br><br></strong>Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000 / year.<br>Performance incentives available<br>Full-time schedule preferred<br>Focus on consult completion and managing patient messages.<br><br><strong>Why Join Wasef Health<br><br></strong>Stable full-time role with consistent weekday hours.<br>Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S.<br>High-volume patient flow and efficient, organized systems.<br><br>Collaborative, physician-led team with strong operational support.<br><br>Transparent leadership and clear clinical expectations.<br><br><br>Work Location: Remote
