Milberg is seeking one professional, detail-oriented, and energetic receptionist to join our team. These are fully remote positions, open to candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our firm, managing incoming calls and inquiries and supporting administrative processes to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet clients and guests virtually, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
Respond to inquiries, transfer calls, and take clear, accurate messages
Perform administrative tasks such as client setup, file management, mail sorting, and database maintenance
Support additional administrative needs as they arise
Build trust with clients through open, empathetic, and interactive communication
Qualifications:
High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum 2+ years of clerical/receptionist experience, preferably in a law firm environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated team player committed to continuous improvement
Location:
Fully remote candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone in the U.S.
