<p>PlusOne pays $12/hr + commissions during training and then $10-$15/hr base wage + uncapped commissions once training is completed.</p>
<p>Wages are dependent on performance and the calls you take. Although PlusOne Company agents average over $22/hr, if you excel at the sales process you will be promoted to taking calls with higher base wage and commission opportunities!</p>
