<li>Own and grow sales across your region (municipalities, water districts, agricultural operations, and commercial water systems)</li>
<li>Prospect aggressively while converting inbound and partner leads</li>
<li>Run full-cycle consultative sales: presentations, demos, technical consultations, and contract closes</li>
<li>Build and manage a high-value pipeline focused on recurring revenue</li>
<li>Personally drive early revenue while designing the scalable sales process using our proven PlusOne methodology</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and lead a regional sales team as the territory scales</li>
