## Regional Human Resource Leader (Dallas, Texas) (P1-4367444-1) We are seeking a Regional Human Resource Leader to serve as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership (VPO/RDO/ACO) in assigned region(s). This role supports the business by developing and coaching Operations management, partnering in People Planning, developing and executing staffing plans, and delivering training courses to leaders and associates as required. This position is typically responsible for 80 – 120 stores. The position is Remote in work arrangement, but candidates must reside in the following area: Dallas, Texas. The role involves regular local travel and occasional overnight travel (25–50%), varying by region; candidates must be able to meet these requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations. You will partner with Operations leadership (primarily VPOs, RDOs, ACOs) to facilitate People Planning, evaluate internal candidates for vacant or new positions, identify high potential associates, and participate in panel interviews to build alignment. Field visits and interviews are used to identify opportunities for improved retention. Coaching on associate relations is a significant part of the role: you will conduct timely and thorough investigations into associate complaints and disputes, prepare documentation of issues, resolve straightforward matters, and involve Field HR Directors or refer complex matters to the Office of Dispute Resolution in the Support Center when appropriate. You will also assist Operations leadership in the development and execution of a Regional Strategic Plan to build internal and external candidate pipelines, forecast staffing needs to support company growth, and participate in Open House events and career fairs supported by Support Center Recruiters. Advising leadership on effective performance evaluations and helping associates with career and personal development are expected ongoing activities. New hire follow-up is important to us; you will follow up with new hires through the Keep In Touch Program to promote an understanding of Panda’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Culture and to ensure adequate training opportunities and participation. You will assist and coordinate with the Decentralized Learning Manager, who provides local training and development sessions for Operations management, including trainings such as 7 Habits, Sexual Harassment, Interviewing Skills, Conducting Effective Performance Reviews, and Creating Individual Development Plans. Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings is required. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual - Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. #LI - Remote #LI - ZW1
