sans-serif">Handle new interior facility construction (upfit), remodel/reconfiguration activities and shutdowns within the North American region</li> <li sans-serif">Provide project weekly status reporting updates to internal and external stakeholders </li> </ul> <p style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong><span style="color:#333333">What you need to succeed at GXO:</span></strong></p> <p style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="color:#333333">At a minimum, you’ll need:</span></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">5 to 7 years of experience in a construction project management role for a 3PL/Warehouse Logistics Operations or similar.</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Experience managing Architectural/Engineering design (MEP) and the permitting process through the local and state jurisdictions (AHJ)</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Knowledge of building codes (IBC), fire codes (NFPA, IFC), ADA, EPA and OSHA regulations</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Ability to read construction plans</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Experience installing racking systems and related ancillary products (dome mirrors, edge protectors, wire guidance/decking, etc.)</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and scheduling software</li> </ul> <p style="background-color:white;margin:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="color:#333333">It’d be great if you also have:</span></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li engineering</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Knowledge of hazardous material storage requirements</li> <li style="color:#333333;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Experience installing
