Responsibilities <ul><li>Facilitates and coordinates the work of multiple project teams engaged in the establishment and implementation of Make Ready Engineering (“MRE”) (making utility poles ready for new attachments) projects</li><li>Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives</li><li> Facilitates decision-making processes, serving as a liaison between project managers and adjudicating disagreements on approaches to ensure completion of MRE projects</li><li>Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLookup functionality</li><li>Coordinating and performing quality control of the work performed by offshore production teams on MRE projects</li></ul> Qualifications About You:<ul><li>Safety is a part of your day-to-day</li><li>You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality</li><li>You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work</li><li>You are looking for long-term projects</li><li>You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team</li><li>You have a bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience </li><li>You have project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues </li><li>You have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience </li><li>You have a construction background </li><li>You have purchasing experience</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in these types of roles</li><li>You have Norad and Oracle experience, is a huge plus </li><li>Possess Telecom experience </li><li>You’re skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment</li></ul>Compensation of $66,789 annually.
