This individual will oversee the STNDRDS’ sales and marketing efforts while aligning advertising, audience growth, brand strategy, and events to maximize visibility, engagement, and business performance.The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven leader with strong sales abilities, marketing expertise, and experience executing high-impact events and integrated media campaigns. This role requires both big-picture vision and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the luxury, lifestyle, media, and publishing industries, along with an established network of industry relationships and an active book of business capable of generating advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.<hr><h1 magazines, websites, newsletters, social media, sponsored content, and special publications.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop integrated advertising and sponsorship packages that combine print, digital, social, and event exposure.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Identify, pursue, and secure new advertising partnerships and sponsorship revenue streams.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Leverage an existing network and book of business to drive immediate revenue opportunities and long-term partnerships.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, luxury brands, hospitality groups, regional businesses, and strategic partners.</li></ul><h3 print and digital advertising, sponsorships, or integrated media campaigns.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong understanding of the luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, publishing, and media industries.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Existing book of business and established industry relationships strongly preferred.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience planning and executing successful events and experiential marketing initiatives.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li
