<strong>Project Description<br><br></strong>Support a network integration initiative for the LHC team by providing enterprise-level LAN/WAN and telecommunications services. The role focuses on maintaining stable, secure, and reliable network connectivity across integrated environments. This is a Windows-based environment role.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support the LHC agency migration initiative, including re-IP activities across approximately 530 LHC agencies</li><li>Provide operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure with primary focus on Cisco Meraki technologies</li><li>Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and telecommunications issues escalated from first-level support teams</li><li>Install, configure, maintain, patch, and support network and telecommunications equipment while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards</li><li>Monitor network availability, uptime, and overall infrastructure health across distributed enterprise environments</li><li>Collaborate with network engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders on network implementations, upgrades, and migrations</li><li>Deliver technical guidance and support to end users and IT teams on troubleshooting and network-related issue resolution</li><li>Document network configurations, procedures, and operational activities per organizational standards</li><li>Leverage enterprise AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) for troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, and automation — approximately 90% weekly usage expected<br><br><br></li></ul>MANDATORY SKILLS (7+ Years Each)<br><br><ul><li>LAN/WAN Networking</li><li>Network Troubleshooting</li><li>TCP/IP</li><li>Network Hardware & Telecom Equipment</li><li>Experience in an ITIL environment</li><li>Proficiency with enterprise-approved AI and GenAI tools<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-have Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in healthcare or large enterprise network environments</li><li>Exposure to network security practices</li><li>Ability to train or guide end users and junior IT staff</li><li>Familiarity with network integration or migration projects<br></li></ul>
