Key Responsibilities
Accurately convert healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and services into standardized medical codes using ICD and CPT systems.
Review patient records for completeness and consistency to ensure accurate code assignment.
Collaborate with senior medical coders, billing teams, and quality control personnel.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy standards.
Ensure timely completion of coding tasks in line with daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Participate in continuous learning and internal workshops for skill upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic understanding of healthcare terminology is a plus (training provided).
Proficiency with computers and the ability to work with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) — with some flexibility available.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
