We seek professionals passionate about the Product world who are eager to share their expertise with aspiring product managers.</span></p><p id="p-rc_e0b13947f9f74504-37"><span>As the Lead Teacher, you will lead, inspire, and educate a group of approximately <strong>35 junior profiles</strong> who are already working within a company and have a technical background in product. You will help them gain the strategic skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rapidly evolving field.</span></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p id="p-rc_e0b13947f9f74504-38"><span><strong>Academic Leadership:</strong> Oversee the entire academic experience of the Ironhack bootcamp.</span></p></li><li><p id="p-rc_e0b13947f9f74504-39"><span><strong>Instruction:</strong> Lead teaching and learning activities to ensure students reach the outcomes set by the Education Team, teaching the curriculum designed by our global team.</span></p></li><li><p id="p-rc_e0b13947f9f74504-39"><span><strong>Remote Classroom Management:</strong> Facilitate an energetic, safe, and supportive <strong>online community</strong> for students joining from <strong>all over the world</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p id="p-rc_e0b13947f9f74504-39"><span><strong>Support & Collaboration:</strong> Work alongside a <strong>Teacher Assistant</strong> who will support you in managing the group of 35 students.
