Hiring is currently focused within Florida and Georgia as our team continues to expand. </p> <p> </p> </div> <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Lead Web Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. This individual will lead front-end development efforts, leveraging React.js and modern web technologies to build innovative solutions that align with business objectives.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using React.js.</li> <li>Establish best practices for front-end development, including code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.</li> <li>Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.</li> <li>Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.</li> <li>Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI components and APIs.</li> <li>Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web development practices.</li> <li>Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies and frameworks.</li> <li>Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, accessibility, and security.</li> <li>Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks.</li> <li>Implement testing strategies to maintain application reliability and reduce regressions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on <strong>React.js.</strong></li> <li>Expertise in <strong>JavaScript</strong>, <strong>TypeScript</strong>, <strong>HTML</strong>, <strong>CSS</strong>, and modern web development tools.</li> <li>Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).</li> <li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.</li> <li>Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development methodologies.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software.</li> <li>Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <div> <p>We’re a small, low-ego team that values clarity, ownership, and momentum.
