This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the founders to create demand, generate qualified pipeline, and position Fieldtrip in front of marketing leaders globally.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">From launching content channels to building outbound systems, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we grow.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own our newsletter strategy and execution</strong> Create and ship a weekly newsletter using performance insights, market trends, and real campaign learnings that marketing leaders actually want to read and share.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build founder-led LinkedIn growth</strong> Partner closely with leadership to create written, video, and thought leadership content that builds awareness and attracts qualified buyers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Launch and optimize outbound pipeline</strong> Build outbound systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms to generate conversations with high-fit prospects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Turn performance data into demand</strong> Analyze trends across platforms like Meta, TikTok, GA4, and ecommerce analytics tools to uncover insights that power content and outreach angles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own GTM experimentation</strong> Test messaging, channels, offers, and growth ideas quickly. Double down on what works.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive SQL growth</strong> Everything in this role ladders up to one metric: qualified sales conversations.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or related fields.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building something from scratch — a channel, newsletter, outbound motion, pipeline engine, audience, or growth system.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong writing skills with clear, concise communication and real point of view.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of paid media, creative performance, funnels, and conversion metrics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable navigating tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong bias toward action — you move fast, learn quickly, and don’t wait for perfect conditions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly autonomous and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must haves</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of generating pipeline, demand, or growth outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable marketing ideas.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent taste in creative and messaging.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong operator mindset: organized, accountable, and resourceful.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent written and spoken English.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Agency experience or experience working across multiple brands/accounts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience running newsletters or building an audience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with ecommerce / DTC growth ecosystems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience creating founder-led content or personal brand growth strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with AI tools for research, workflow, or content acceleration.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Flexible hours</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct access to founders and strategic decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High ownership, high visibility role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Opportunity to build the GTM engine across multiple agencies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with exciting brands and performance data across industries.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Real room to grow into broader leadership over time.</p></li></ul>
