Front Desk Associate

Overview
World Gym Cleburne is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role also includes cleaning duties to ensure the gym remains in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about gym services and membership options
• Handle membership sales, sign-ups, and renewals
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the gym calendar
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Perform regular cleaning duties, including wiping down equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring the gym floor, locker rooms, and bathrooms are tidy
• Address member concerns and provide excellent customer service
• Support the gym staff with any additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with regular cleaning duties and maintaining a clean environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
