You will manage the day-to-day administration and operational support of the Freshworks system and all its modules.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Freshworks system components, including Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Change Management modules.
  • Maintain and enhance Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, and SSO capabilities.
  • Configure and manage Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
  • Develop Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs using advanced scripting.
  • Monitor system health, usage, and compliance while coordinating platform upgrades.
  • Build and maintain team Dashboards, scheduled reports, and integrations between Freshworks and external systems.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Freshworks administration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JSON.
  • Experience configuring User Accounts, Groups, and custom Roles.
  • Ability to maintain and optimize Forms, Views, and Workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory profile synchronization.

  • Experience with Freddy AI.
