You’ll also own the engineering foundations that keep Jetty fast and reliable — testing, deployment, developer tooling, monitoring, privacy, and the standards that let a small team move quickly without breaking trust.</div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This is a deeply hands-on role. You’ll do both every week.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What We're Looking For</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">3–8+ years of experience building software products, ideally in fast-moving startup environments.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong across the stack, with deep backend engineering fundamentals and the ability to ship product end-to-end.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience building reliable systems - APIs, data models, testing frameworks, CI/CD, observability, and the operational foundations that keep products fast and dependable.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong product instincts and comfort working closely with design, product, mobile, and AI to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity.
