Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally. 

 

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.  

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensuring our snacks and breakfast cereals align with consumer preferences
  • Testing and optimizing cool things (e.g., TV advertisements)
  • Generating new product ideas through innovation research
  • Keeping an eye on brand vibes
  • Identifying who's interested in our brands for explosive growth
  • Spotting trends and connecting data online
  • Amplifying the focus on people at PepsiCo by: Making data accessible
  • Showcasing our best practices
  • Supporting other Insights teams like Business Analytics and Shopper Insights to become the ultimate Insights dream team at PepsiCo

Qualifications:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelor or Master's student in relevant studies such as psychology, communication science or marketing / business 
  • Curiosity about people: their needs, barriers, and motivations
  • Passion for brands and marketing
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as the creativity to translate data into marketing activations and strategies
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and actively connecting with stakeholders and team members
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You are currently studying or have recently graduated (max. 3 months post-graduation)
