<p><strong>Job Function:</strong></p><p>To lead the execution of the Country People strategy in collaboration with the Senior Directors: People and the Managing Directors for the Consumer and Healthcare businesses in country. The Executive: People will lead change effectively and implement/monitor programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a high-performance culture throughout the operating companies under their control, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Areas:</strong></p><ul><li>A trusted Business Partner who consults with business leaders in the deployment of relevant people and culture strategies in key areas (Talent Management, IR/ER, HRD / OD, Compliance, Organisational Effectiveness, Reward and Diversity, Inclusion & Wellness amongst others).</li><li>Collaborate with P&C colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of P&C Programmes.</li><li>Implement the people and culture strategy and plans within Operating companies, focusing on areas such as leadership capability, workforce performance, employee engagement, and talent management.</li><li>Monitor Trends based on queries (Advise Centre’s of Excellence on the Diagnostics).</li><li>Project Manage strategic P&C initiatives as required.</li><li>Succession Planning (Strategic Talent Reviews).</li><li>Workforce Planning (Annual Recruitment Plan).</li><li>Drive the people and culture agenda within the operating companies under jurisdiction.</li><li>Use technology and Interpret P&C data and provide analysis that is relevant and meaningful for decision making i.e. reporting on key people metrics, planning, developing and executing suitable solutions to address relevant insights / challenges.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and Skills Required:</strong></p><ul><li>8 -10 years' experience in a similar environment, with at least 5 years People & Culture leadership.</li><li>Experience in a Unionised environment is non-negotiable.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About DP World</strong></p><p>Trade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
