style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Collaborate with Claims Management vendor on existing claims.</span></span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Monitor WCB/WSIB claim timelines, follow up on outstanding documentation, and document all claim‑related communications and updates.</span></span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 11px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Ensure all required style="font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Liaise with employees, supervisors, WCB/WSIB representatives, insurers, and healthcare providers to facilitate claim processing, recovery, and
