Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Pinnacle Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their established and growing practice in Centreville, Virginia. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated APP passionate about delivering high-quality dermatologic care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The role includes an established patient base and a strong referral network, supported by a physician-supported practice model.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical dermatology services including evaluation and treatment of common and complex skin conditions
• Perform biopsies, excisions, and other in-office dermatologic procedures
• Develop and manage treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience as an APP
• Strong procedural skills and clinical confidence
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Active Virginia license (or eligible)
