We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.</p><p></p><p>Come join our 33,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!</p><p></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>IMPORTANT INFORMATION:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><b>All CVs should be submitted in English.</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JOB PURPOSE:</b></p><p></p><p>The Data & Analytics Platform Administrator is responsible for the effective administration, stability, and continuous improvement of World Vision’s enterprise data and analytics platforms.</p><p></p><p>The role ensures that platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other current or future SaaSbased analytics solutions are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and scalability.</p><p></p><p>This position also provides technical advisory and support to domain administrators and stakeholders, enabling consistent, well-governed, and effective use of analytics platforms across the organization, contributing to data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.</p><p></p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Platform Administration and Governance</b></p><ul><li><p>Administer and maintain enterprise data and analytics platforms, ensuring availability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.</p></li><li><p>Implement and enforce governance practices including access management, usage policies, and platform configurations.</p></li><li><p>Support the evolution of platform capabilities in alignment with organizational needs and emerging technologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Support and Incident Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage and resolve platform-related incidents, service requests, and user issues in a timely and effective manner.</p></li><li><p>Act as a point of contact for platform users, ensuring a high standard of customer service and communication.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal and external support teams as needed to resolve complex issues.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Monitoring and Performance Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Monitor system performance, usage, and health on a regular basis.</p></li><li><p>Analyze system metrics and trends to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for optimization.</p></li><li><p>Recommend and implement improvements to enhance platform performance and reliability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Automation and Advanced Administration</b></p><ul><li><p>Utilize scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) to enhance administrative capabilities and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Perform advanced configuration and management activities beyond standard platform interfaces.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Advisory and Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide guidance and advisory support to domain administrators and stakeholders on best practices in platform usage, governance, and solution design.</p></li><li><p>Enable domain admins to effectively manage and govern their respective areas through standardized approaches aligned with enterprise data and analytics practices.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and analytics services through proactive recommendations and innovation.</p></li><li><p>Support alignment of platform usage with enterprise data strategy and standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Documentation, Training, and Knowledge Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to knowledge management initiatives, including creation of reusable knowledge base materials.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and guidance to users and domain administrators to support effective platform adoption.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
