Role and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth restaurant operations. - Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and positive manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently over the phone or digital systems

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with both customers and colleagues
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures during order handling
Essential Skills and Expertise:
- Must be at least 14 years old to apply
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills with confidence in handling customer interactions
- Reliable, punctual, and an effective team player
- Willingness to learn and take pride in producing quality results
Preferred Qualifications:
- No prior experience required training will be provided
Compensation and Benefits:
- 50% discount on regular menu items while on duty (up to $14.00 per day)
- 25% discount on regular menu items outside of working hours
