Job Overview

We are a growing agency specialising in Mexican creators, and we are looking for a professional bilingual translator who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

This role will involve live translation during Google Meet calls as well as written translation for documents, messages, and internal materials on an as-needed basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help bridge communication between:

- English-speaking management

- Spanish-speaking clients (creators)

- Spanish-speaking Mexican team members who do not speak English

Main Responsibilities

- Provide live verbal translation during Google Meet / video calls

- Translate conversations both ways:

English → Spanish

Spanish → English

Assist with written translation of:

- Documents

- Internal SOPs

- Messages / communication

- Other written materials as needed

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in English and Spanish

- Strong spoken and written translation skills

- Comfortable translating live in real time during calls

- Professional, punctual, and reliable

- Strong communication skills

- Comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment

Ideal Candidate

Has experience with:

- Translation / interpretation

- Client communication

- Team coordination

- Creator / influencer / agency environments

Contract Type

This is an as-needed contract role.

Work will include:

- Live call translation when meetings are scheduled

- Written translation for documents and communications when needed

Some weeks may be lighter, while others may require more support depending on client and team activity.

Pay

Trial Period

1-month trial

$10 USD/hour

After Trial Period

$15 USD/hour
