This role brings therapeutic expertise to guide project teams, supports proposal strategy, and drives critical thinking in delivery execution. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, overseeing performance, coaching, and career growth, while fostering collaboration, addressing capability gaps, and aligning team development with business needs.</p><ul><li>Lead and manage staff, including hiring, performance management, coaching, development, and employee relations; approve salary actions, resourcing decisions, and employee time, expenses, and leave</li><li>Provide strategic oversight of indication- or client-specific portfolios within early development services, ensuring high-quality project delivery, financial performance, and risk mitigation while empowering Project Leads</li><li>Drive critical thinking and prioritisation in delivery execution, financial negotiations, and issue management</li><li>Contribute to proposal strategy and bid defence, support contract modification processes, and partner with leadership to drive business growth</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align training, coaching, and development needs across teams</li><li>Coach and mentor team members in technical and soft skills, including use of organisational systems, tools, and processes</li><li>Advocate for effective resourcing and balanced project assignments to support both business needs and career development</li><li>Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-trust team environment while supporting ongoing talent development initiatives</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education & Experience Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification</li><li>Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years).</li><li>Clinical Management experience 5 Plus years</li><li>Proven leadership skills</li></ul><p></p><p>Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
